霍京京，女，1980年9月出生，博士，教授，硕士生导师，河北省燕赵英才，美国数学会《数学评论》(Mathematical Reviews)评论员。2003年7月毕业于河北工业大学信息与计算科学专业，2009年1月毕业于河北工业大学应用数学专业，获理学硕士学位，2017年6月毕业于苏州大学运筹学与控制论专业，获理学博士学位。2015年9月—2015年12月，在香港浸会大学做访问学者，现任河北省运筹学会理事。
